Slave Trade Triangle Map

What is the Slave Trade Triangle?

The voyage of Christopher Columbus from Europe to Africa to America then back to Europe along the Atlantic Sea in a triangle route that slave Africans for richness.

The First Passage: from Europe to Africa

The British, French, Danish and Dutch all do the same. They bring guns and weapons to trade with African Kings

Middle Passage: from Africa to America

Africans were sold in Caribbean and the rest became the first African Slaves to take to Charles Town in USA processed for auction. It was here where the cotton, tobacco, sugar cane and other product slaves produced were put on ships..

Third Passage: from America back to Europe

All cotton, tobacco an other products are sent to Europe. Once ships gets to Europe, they are sold then more guns and weapons were purchased.

  1. Hi Lovely, It is great to see all the work you are putting in to your blogging. You have a good understanding of the slave trade triangle. Do you know how long it would take them to sail from Africa to the Caribbean.
